- Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. We offer a 10 week introductory course, and continue with drop in classes. You can join in at any point. It is not essential to do the introductory course, it just makes it easier and gently introduces deeper pranayams and more challenging kriyas. Kundalini yoga is for everyone, whether you have practiced yoga before or not. Start form where you are now.
