Hello I’m Stella, 500hr RYT Vinyasa and Level 1 Kundalini Teacher KYTA. Experienced Aerial Yoga teacher and CPD provider.

I found yoga in Bermuda 20 years ago and developed my practice around the world. After overcoming ovarian cancer and surprised to be alive I trained for my first teaching certificates in South India.  Influential teachers to whom I am hugely grateful are in Bermuda: Michael Watson and at Tribe: Sequoia HenningScarlett Dee and Mark Ansari

Also thanks to Simon Low and Jeff Phenix of TriYoga and Manju Pattahbi Jois for invaluable advanced teaching advice on anatomy and safety, Scott Johnson and John Scott for great training on adjustments.

My Aerial Yoga training was with Aerial Steps based in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Constantly researching aspects of anatomy and safe yoga practice, I attend Masterclass teacher training every year. The latest was in Kundalini Yoga with Maya Fiennes in London. The International School of Kundalini Yoga i-SKY was where I gained my level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teaching Certificate with Guru Dharam, Benjahmin Steele, Darryl O’keeffe, Livtar Kaur, Livtar Singh and others. I am now studying for Level 2 with Karam Kriya School and i-SKY.

I specialise in  Astanga based Vinyasa, Aerial, and Kundalini Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and Restorative techniques. My style of teaching is joyful and my daily Sadhana practice is a blessing for which I will always be grateful.

“The week on the retreat could not have been better. The Butterfly House was fantastic, the hosts incredibly welcoming, the food delicious and healthy and the setting beautiful. Stella’s classes were perfect and carefully planned to complement each other, making the practise increasingly rewarding and exciting everyday. From various schools of Yoga, Kundalini, Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga and Hatha to mantras and meditations, Stella carefully adapted her teaching to every person, encouraging us to follow our own path and work with our own capacities, limitations and targets. As do her classes in Oxford, Stella’s teachings do not stop in the classroom but extend much further – helping you to balance physical and mental energy in all aspects of your daily life.” Alice Drew

“Thank you for my fabulous 1:1 today certainly inspired and getting much better at the inhale now…” Nina

“A MASSIVE THANK YOU for everything. I had such a lovely time on the retreat — it did my mind, body and soul well. Thank you so much for organising such a great retreat — the place, the yoga and the SUP were all brilliant. It was so so much better than the other retreat I did! You’re a great teacher and an inspiration.” S. Craig

“I always look forward to your classes, they keep me going and inspire me to stay fit. Over the last five years your classes have also made me feel calm and balanced.” M. Dreaper

“Thank you for last night I really enjoyed it. I found it physically challenging but also serene and calming. I particularly liked the gong and its vibrations as well as the smoothie! I would really enjoy another 1:1.” D. Cox
